1Build Your Routine

Start by creating your ideal daily routine. Add tasks with start times and durations.

Example Tasks:

  • Breakfast - 7:15 AM (30 min)

AI Response: Shifts wake-up time to protect your sleep (Priority #2), adjusts breakfast and gym times, ensures you still make it to work on time (Priority #1).
